General Shipping Information

  • For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
  • For security reasons, we may not intercept a package or alter its delivery once it has been handed over to the carrier. If you need to change any information for an order (shipping / billing address, payment information, etc.) you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at info@relaxfeelfashion.com. If your order has been successfully cancelled, you may submit a new revised order.

Preparing time

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

 

Shipping method

Orders less than USD $30 will be charged, the shipping cost depends on the weight of the products and the shipping method you choose.

Orders more than USD $30 will be free of charge shipped by standard shipping. The standard shipping takes 7-15 business days to most of the countries in Europe and North America, 15-45 business days to other countries.

Orders more than USD $99 will be free of charge and shipped by Express shipping, it takes 4-7 business days to all over the world.

Express Delivery (4-7 business days)

We provice express delivery all over the world, charge about US $12-25, the exact cost will be generate automatically when you place the order. 

We will pay all customs and import duties for all orders delivered(Only for airmail shipment) into the Europe/Switzerland and the U.S./Canada. Should you be asked to pay these by the local shipping company, please retain proof of payment and contact our customer care who will be happy to refund these back to you.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 7 days after the date of received. If 7 days have elapsed since received, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-refundable products will not be available for use as store credit. Personalizations and alterations (ie. an engraving on a bracelet or chain resizing) on a piece will also void the return policy. We will notify you before time of purchase if an item is categorized as such.

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The original packaging must also be included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or other original method of payment) within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still have not received a refund within a week of the refund confirmation notice, please contact your bank and credit card company/PayPal. Processing time for refunds can be lengthy; it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only items purchased at regular store price may be refunded. On-sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exact replacement, send us an email at info@relaxfeelfashion.com. Exchanges are not subject to any restocking fee.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive full credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gifter had the order shipped to him or herself to distribute to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and he/she will be responsible for the handling of the credit/gift certificate.


Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at info@relaxfeelfashion.com with the order number and "RETURN" in the subject. Once the return has been approved, returning address will be sent to you by email.

You will be responsible for shipping costs accrued for returns. Shipping costs at time of purchase are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for a refunded/exchanged item varies based on your location. We will provide you with tracking information at the time of shipment (usually via e-mail) if possible.


If you are shipping an item worth over $10, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
